Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 5 to 14 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once your order has been shipped or in the mail carrier's possession, please keep in mind that I do not have any control over your orders anymore.

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

International Shipping

Once international orders have been shipped, it may take some time for you to receive your order. I am not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Tracking Orders

You will receive an email with a tracking number for you to track your orders. Once you receive your tracking number please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update.
